CFN Online portal Last year, we successfully kick started our online portal. It has successfully helped us collate our database, and enhanced structured follow up and data monitoring We are planning on upgrading the site to accommodate some changes communicated in the course of use such as expansion of the database to include the Evangelism department and Refuge academy. Integration of portal with HOTR website is highly recommended to enable assessment of entire church database at a click.

New Converts Newsletter This new initiative was birthed with the intention of having an in-house material that will serve as a foundational guide for young converts in line with the core values of the church. The proposed four paged document will incorporate the church brand and be more cost effective compared to cost of requisition of off-shelf related books. The content will include; Introduction, Being Born again, Concept of the Holy Spirit, and Spiritual growth.

New Converts Mini Book This book which will replace the Newsletter is proposed to be a 12-paged book with similar contents as contained in the newsletter. Other extra proposed contents include: Faith foundation Steps to spiritual growth Maximizing your place in Christ Bible reading plan 12 HOTR core values

New Convert Special Bonding Class This new converts class was initiated to serve as a foundation to all young converts to guide them through the rudiments of Christianity. To create more awareness on assurance of salvation for the converts and prevent repeated response to alter call. We also noticed. It also provides a platform for bonding and follow up. It also helps to identify existing gaps for water baptism by immersion and holy spirit baptism among the young converts.

CFN Konnect As the name suggests, this is aimed at acquainting first timers with the church’s core values, practices and procedures. Following multiple activities heralding the dedication, this program scheduled for the last quarter of 2014 was suspended This program has been scheduled to hold in first quarter of 2015 with 1 st timers from September 2014 as the targeted audience.

Continue the bi-weekly new converts class-Deploy the selected CFN members as teachers. Creation of additional units in the department- Evangelism and Advanced follow up unit Strengthen the database unit by means of increased workforce and training in readiness for greater tasks. Commence Second timer reception. New Voice SMS recording from Pastor for the first timers. Improve the welfare financial administration and accountability

Each-one-reach-one; Encourage Word of Mouth and personal invites which still has the most reliable and frequent means of attracting First timers. Interactive Voice Response System: The phone number of the Church needs to be more explicitly publicized in our communication materials and available 24/7, followed by the implementation of an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) e.g. Press 1 for prayers, Press 2 for CITH, Press 3 for administration, Press 4 for Operations Advanced Follow-up by Refuge Academy: A new way of tracking 1st Timers that have completed more than 2 membership class sessions, knowing their challenges and ensuring they finish the class should be instituted by refuge academy. The major back door of exit is the point of transition from Visitors into Membership. Inventory Management: Timely procurement of 1st Timer inventory materials by the church office. We experienced some set-backs in the last 2 quarters of 2014. Corporate Counseling Team: We recommend the deployment of staffed counseling team in the church office reachable with the IVRS, who will liaise with CFN department. Our Recommendations For 2015
