Payment System Risk Visa Confidential33 Visa Membership Management VMM Approval Process Submitter Processor Submitter Officer A person either directly or indirectly employed by a Member institution who is granted access to VMM to create and view data under that Member’s Business ID. A person who is employed by a Member institution who holds a senior administrative title (i.e. CEO, President, etc.) and has been granted authority to approve/reject contracts on behalf of the organization. A person who is not employed by a Member institution but acts as an Agent working on behalf of the institution. A Processor Submitter is granted access to VMM to create requests on behalf of a Member institution. Visa Visa reviews the case information. When the case is approved, the case is completed, and the information is committed to Visa’s database.
