Detailed process to ensure profiles are accurate and complete Algorithm creates profiles taking into consideration many factors including: Author name segments Co-authors’ names Author email address Affiliations (dept, org, city) Journals (ISSN) Fingerprints Maximize precision High level of recall Elsevier’s Profiles Team verifies the results of the algorithm through a series of tasks.
