Essential Question: How does geography influence the way people live?
Learning Goal: I will be able to identify the effect of China’s geography on where they settled and their interactions with other ancient civilizations. Guiding Questions: Why did China’s geography cause the ancient Chinese to have little knowledge of other civilizations, such as those of Egypt, Greece, India, and Rome? Why do you think the Chinese continued to live along the Huang He, despite its dangers? How will China’s geography influence modern China?
