MD stipend: $4,300 per clinical FTE Payroll processing fee: 0.5% of salary Malpractice expenses: Average malpractice per clinical FTE –Actual Clinical Revenue Net Patient Service Revenue net of 10% for billing collection cost; excluding off-site, payment with zero wRVU and non-MD revenue Free Care revenue PQRI, P4P and other revenue enhancement FACULTY PRACTICE FOUNDATION, INC.

12 12 ADMINISTRATIVE FUNDING Administrative Funding = MD Leaders + Admin for MD Leaders + Admin for Clinical MDs –MD Leaders FTE: As agreed and signed off by BMC ; salary and fringe are based on actuals –Admin FTE = 1.0 * per Chair and 0.75 * per Non Chair FTE; Salary and fringe = $74,000 per FTE –Admin for Clinical MDs = 1.0 per 4 clinical FTE; salary and fringe = $44,800 per FTE FACULTY PRACTICE FOUNDATION, INC.
