It Is A Process To … Quantify And Document Project Goals Provide Means For Measuring Success Or Failure Provide Tools To The Project Team Design Supports Project Goals Design Actually Gets Installed Installed Systems Actually Work AND WE HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT!!!!

We always have Commissioned It has been after the building was occupied It has taken years to complete The design is often never fully implemented It has been very expensive We propose a better way Commission before the building is occupied Complete during design and construction, not after Build what is drawn Only pay once

It Is Law SB 3007, Laws Of 2008 “AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO ADOPT CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF STATE-FUNDED BUILDINGS THROUGHOUT THE STATE; TO PROVIDE THAT EACH MAJOR FACILITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO EXCEED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ENERGY CONSERVATION GUIDES ADOPTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION BY AT LEAST 30% UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES”
