Open Fitness This software will help students track and reach their fitness goals. Seeing your goals in writing is a great motivator as well as seeing your progress. It helps to make up a diet that you can follow. A good diet is a very important aspect to getting fit and in shape. Open Fitness makes tracking your diet very easy. It tracks your cardiovascular and weightlifting exercises (sets, reps, etc.) which you can always look back to see what you did in the days previous, in order to plan future work outs. I consider this software a motivational software because you can always see where you stand with your performance and it also helps you identify weaknesses. It makes working out fun and manageable. This would be very vital to a physical education class to help keep students motivated and on track
