3 Planning Permissions On 6 th August 2010 the following approvals were granted: Clay Farm Outline planning permission for up to 2250 dwellings, community facilities, 49ha strategic open space, landscaping, infrastructure. Full planning permission for the spine road, balancing ponds, landscaping and works to trees Glebe Farm Full planning permission for 286 dwellings, open spaces and landscaping.
