4 Dancing Popcorn Materials: Vinegar (about 50 mL) Baking Soda Popcorn A clear container (beaker) half filled with water A stirring rod (or something that stirs). 5 Directions Add about a spoonful of baking soda to the water Stir until soda dissolves. Let it sit for a minute and the water will become clear again. Add popcorn kernels to the water/soda mixture. You will need enough to cover the bottom of the container. SLOWLY add some vinegar to the container. WARNING: Do not add all the vinegar at once. Add slowly. Observe the system
