If building captain, start check of building, if able bodied, find captain or start check. 24. Emergency Preparedness Plan During the Emergency Check for residents using Survey and knock or shout: “If you hear me, shout or blow whistle”. Note injury severity. 25. Emergency Preparedness Plan During the Emergency Mutual Command Center reviews DIRs and forwards to Clubhouse Sub-Command Center ICC will collect all DIRs and forward to Seal Beach Command Post. Directors will assign tasks for captains and able- bodied volunteers.
