Tidal wave energy, also called tidal energy, is a form of hydropower that converts the energy of tides into electricity or other useful forms of power

Tidal Fence The turnstiles spin via tidal currents typical of coastal waters. Some of these currents run at 5–8 knots (5.6–9 miles per hour) and generate as much energy as winds of much higher velocity. Environmental Benefits of Tidal Wave Energy Clean and pollution free. The energy will be converted into electrical form, which can then be channeled off into electrical cables. There is no transport needed. Tidal energy has also a relatively high efficiency rate. About 80% of the kinetic energy from the waves can be converted into usable electrical energy for our use
