OREGON DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Multi-Agency Initiatives (continued) Long-Term Initiatives General support for more in-lieu options and more efficient mitigation banking development process; concerns about flexibility in mitigation bank service areas Explore revisiting CMCS to work out differences between agencies regarding mitigation Develop site restoration standards that are both realistic and consistent between regulatory agencies (DSL, COE, NMFS) Codify the elevation process with individual agencies
