MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIM PROGRAM The goal of the middle school program is to prepare athletes for varsity competition. The goal of the middle school program is to prepare athletes for varsity competition. We will teach proper swim technique in all four competitive swimming strokes. We will teach proper swim technique in all four competitive swimming strokes. We will work on proper starts and turns. When is Practice? After Practice Students will get ready for school at the pool before they get on the bus back to Willow Springs. They need to have everything with them to get dressed for school. We will watch any belongings they need to leave in the bleachers. If they have any valuables, they should bring a lock and use a locker.
