Application Process: –Establish Early-On AQIP Supporters – August 2004 –AQIP Application Teams/Assignments: Identify team members – October 1, 2004 Collect evidence/information during October Bring report to AQIP Mini-Retreat – November 12, 2004 –Submit AQIP application -- January 3, 2005 –Obtain Higher Learning Commission Institutional Actions Council approval -- February 2005

Institutional Self-Assessment (AQIP Examiner?): –Administer survey – November 22, 2004 –Receive returned report – December 2004 –Establish AQIP Leadership Team and/or Strategy Forum Team – January 15, 2005 –Interpret report, include quality- knowledgeable outside consultant – February 15, 2005 –Identify tentative Action Projects – March 15, 2005

Strategy Forum: –Complete Strategy for Action Workbook – April 15, 2005 –Complete homework for Strategy Forum (review other institutions’ Action Project proposals, prepare display materials) – May 15, 2005 –Attend Strategy Forum -- May 18-25, 2005
