8 Capital RAC SMAT Program Mission To provide access to medical care to all citizens before, during, or after natural or man-made disasters Goal To provide medical surge capacity for the provision of medical personnel, medical product, pharmaceuticals, and physical plant for triage, treatment, tracking, and transport of patients
