System for energy monitoring Conclusions – www.eeopstini.mk  Municipalities’ obligations under the Law on Energy i.e.: o Preparation of 3-year municipal programmes for energy efficiency (baseline calculations); o Preparation of annual analysis on energy consumption; o Organizing a system for monitoring on energy consumption;  Important link between the central government and local authorities  Similar approach in involvement of all stakeholders can be used for the other key areas of the National Strategy for Energy Efficiency
