Glendale & SCPH Communities The Southern California Presbyterian Homes Foundation and the City of Glendale would like to identify where a new senior housing complex should be located? Currently SCPH manages 73% senior units in 6 locations out of total 615 affordable senior units. Estimated 4-6yr waiting list.
