May operate on weekends, holidays, or school vacations. May not operate in the summer, unless kids are in a Year Round school and on track in the summer.

6. Tom Torlakson State Superintendent of Public Instruction Can I serve an NSLP snack and a CACFP snack? Yes, but you can not get reimbursed twice for the same snack. Why not serve a meal instead of two snacks?

Public, Private non-Profit, or For-Profit Organizations For profit organizations* *Must also operate a CACFP child care center in which 25% of children receive subsidized child care OR are income eligible for free/reduced-price meals.
