Long wait time – 1 st Avenue NE & Northgate Way (70 sec wait to cross Northgate). Some mid-block pedestrian refuges are needed at key locations. Roosevelt Way NE north of NE Northgate Way

March 8, 2005 Neighborhoods to Urban Center Over 75% of arterials have sidewalks on both sides (benchmarks call for 90%). Some sidewalk widths are not adequate. Large trees obscure lighting but adequate overall. Roosevelt Way NE near NE 103 rd Street
