Key Elements – Foundation: Orange County Projections 2010 – Transportation initiatives: Builds on OCTA’s Long Range Transportation Plan – Strategies to reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions include: land use strategies, transportation system strategies, and Sustainability Practices – Housing Strategies The OC SCS documents the existing collective effort by local jurisdictions, agencies and stakeholders to link transportation and land uses.
