Welcome to the ELL Manager 2.0v2, a cloud based data base program designed to interface with a district’s student management system to import ELL student’s demographic data and testing results (STAAR & TELPAS) and then provide over 100 Reports, Exhibits, & Counts filled and ready to print. The ELL Manager will take the paperwork burden off of your staff’s shoulders giving them more time to teach and program directors the information they need to properly manage their programs. Click

The System Navigation Screen Allows you to navigate easily to different parts of the system. Let’s first go to “View Student Info” Click

Student’s Demographic Data Tab Most of this data is imported from a district’s Student Management System Navigation Tabs Click A student’s Core & Special Teachers/Staff A student’s educational history Keep a paper trail of parent contact or notes on student’s activity. Click on the blue “?“ for Help Student schedules which are very helpful for secondary students A section for Basic Student Information

Dates & Years Residence Tab Click A list of suggested LPAC Dates for the year can be added by the Program director Years Resident auto adjust at the beginning of a new school year.

The LPAC’s Testing Assessment and Accommodations Report for Testing Coordinators Note that there are data fields for each Linguistic Accommodation that a student can have. These accommodations are decided by the LPAC during the student’s mid-year LPAC and entered in each student’s Linguistic Accommodation report. This report can be printed with a LPAC signature block and used as the mid-year LPAC minutes. Click

End of Year Student Placement This Tab allows the user to enter the student’s End-of- Year data. This data is then used by ELLM to create End of Yr. Placement letters and special reports for counselors, etc. for next school year. Click

Staff Listing allows you to import or create a list of your school’s staff. This information can then be used when entering student schedules and core teacher information. Click View as a Form View as a List

Now the ELL Manager starts to work. The user now has over 100 Reports & Exhibits filled out and ready to print or export. The full power of the program is now at the user’s fingertips. All assigned staff no longer have to fill out LPAC forms or dig through files looking for data, ELLM has it ready for you. The Reports & Exhibits Menu Click

This report is used at the end of a school year after all testing results have either been imported or entered into ELLM. The user clicks on the button, follows some simple directions, and then ELLM will produce a list of ELL students who have met TEA exit requirements for LPAC review.

STAAR Participation and Linguistic Accommodation Report This Report is filled out during the Mid Year Assessment LPAC Click The user is given a choice of TEA approved Justifications based on the type of STAAR test being given. After the Report is completed, Print and have the Teachers and LPAC sign.

This report is generated after the LPAC has completed their Mid-Year Assessment and Accommodations meeting. This report can then be sent to the school’s testing coordinator and with an optional LPAC signature block, be use as your Mid Year LPAC Minutes.
