In 2004 the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research founded a library project. SU INSUINProject name was the Sudanese Universities Information Network/Virtual Library (SUIN ) The overall goal of the project was to link universities in a network to provide local and global information through a virtual library. In 2009, SUIN has become an NGO operational under the umbrella of the Association of Sudanese Universities. Historical Background

SudREN is the National Research and Education Network of Sudan. an NGO supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Science and Communication. a network for promotion of infrastructure, connectivity and ICT usage in Research and Education institutions. About SudREN
