Broadband Grant Eligible Source: LinkWisconsin.org This map provides a guideline of areas that qualified for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin's Broadband Expansion Grant Program in fiscal year 2015. To qualify for grant eligibility, areas had to have less than 2 service providers offering internet connection speeds greater 3 mbps download and 768 kbps upload based on December 31, 2013 coverage. Due to data limitations, areas of eligibility may have occurred outside the mapped underserved areas.
