VISION STATEMENT The Company is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. The Company is currently focusing its financial resources on exploring the Seignelay and Hematite Lake iron ore properties located in Quebec, Canada. Historical data on the two properties suggest potential of upwards of 400 MT of iron ore at an average grade of > 30% Fe. TSXV – PAV 2

HEMATITE LAKE PROPERTY Property consists of 8 non-contiguous claims, comprising approximately 366 hectares Located in the Labrador Trough iron ore mining district Historical drilling indicates > 203 MT of approx. 20-25 % Fe (Non 43-101 compliant) 70% of the Blackie Lake magnetic iron formation main pit is located on the property Metallurgical test indicate that magnetic concentrates can be produced with 67 to 69% Fe at a grind of 90% - 400 mesh TSXV – PAV 14
