Eagle Ridge Academy Students Wear Uniforms:
By choosing ERA, you choose to follow our uniform policy. Eagle Ridge Academy maintains an official standard of dress, complete with a school uniform that must be worn every day. The dress code: 1) Underscores the Academy’s seriousness of purpose by encouraging students to think of their attire as an aspect of their work 2) Eliminates the self-consciousness and social competition which popular fashion tends to promote 3) Fosters a sense of identity with the Academy.

Skirt cannot be shorter than 3” above the knee

Must wear polo uniform shirt underneath Polo in Burgundy, or White with short or long sleeves, banded or tucked in. (With or without ERA Logo) Crew Sweatshirt with ERA logo Cardigan Sweater V-neck Sweater or V-neck sweater vest Fleece Vest with ERA logo Red star indicates formal (must have) White button down shirt Wine Tie

Socks, Leggings, Tights, and Shoes Formal AND Non-Formal
Girls: Socks, Leggings, Tights Solid Black, Gray, White or Burgundy (NO patterned or adorned Socks, Leggings or Tights **Examples Lace, rivets, zippers, patterns woven into the tights or leggings etc.) Boys: Socks – White, Black or Gray Formal Shoes: Brown or Black dress shoes are REQUIRED Daily Shoes: Tennis shoes (ankle high and lower) and flats Not Permitted: Clogs, Flip Flops, ALL Boots, Platforms, Sandals, Roller Skate Shoes, Slippers, Backless or Open-Toed Styles, or shoes designated by a teacher as unsafe. For safety: Heel height must not exceed 1 inch
