Project Pulkneset. Project owner are: GTI Eiendom AS. (Local real estate company) SVI AS (local development company) CCB (Norway’s biggest offshore base owner) Barlindhaug Eiendom AS (Real estate developer) The pilot project started in summer 2011 with clarification regarding prehistoric sites. Mapping is finsh, and the Sami Parliament has freed area for further planning. General permission from the military is obtained for further planning. Letter of Intent to acquire property from FeFo, if the plan is approved. Start planning. Summer 2012. SWECO engaged as a consultant. Plan to start physical work in mid-2015.

Location compared to Kirkenes Flyplass GSV Kirkenes Located in area with good marine conditions and close to existing infrastructure. A full development will provide up to 800 Da. Commercial area. The development of the maritime industries in and around Kirkenes will require significant areas and excellent and spacious harbor conditions. The development plan The area is close to other infrastructure such as E6 and airport. Great harbor conditions without ice and nearby civil homes. Planned developed in 3 phases. 1 Phase 250 Da. New road with budget of 65 million NOK to be built.

Phase I. Approximately 250 Da. Construction start 2015. Planned completion in 2017-18. Base facilities to accommodate up to 2 drilling operations simultaneously. Kirkenes Base AS will be the operator of the base. (CCB's main shareholder)

Utilization of the whole area Visual impression if the entire area is being developed. Approximately 800 Da. Can serve as base functions for Oil & Gas, hosting services and other cargo handling.
