Texas Department of Public Safety Planning Grant Purpose of HMEP Planning Grant is to provide financial assistance to LEPC’s Develop, improve, implement & enhance emergency plans Commodity Flow Study o Within your jurisdiction o Between your jurisdiction and another State or Indian Country o The development and maintenance of a system to keep this information current

Any other planning project relating to the transportation of hazardous materials which is approved by TDEM. All projects must be related to Transportation of Hazardous Material

Texas Department of Public Safety Scheduling Courses May request a course if you are: Elected Official, Fire/Police Chief, Emergency Management Coordinator, Public Works Director, Training Officer. Recruit 25+ students per class (Absolute minimum is 15) Provide a ADA approved classroom Approved fire training facility (when required)
