Nationally: 26% decrease in FACS Teachers since 2003 3.43 million students enrolled in FACS classes (down 38% over the last 10 years) Out of 50 States… 2 with Fair Outlook 6 with Stable Outlook 24 with Current or Future Shortage = 50%
