Take it Back Network – Lamps Funded by end-of-life fees -Most partner businesses charge a fee for recycling. -End-of-life fees intended as an interim measure until front-end financing system is legislated. - No government funding of recycling costs.

Recruitment Contacted Potential Members - hardware and lighting stores Offered technical support - provided list of potential recyclers and discussed storage options. Offered promotion -Web site, TV ads, brochure Members determined the fee for service

Agreements with Members Proof of insurance - 1 million general liability, 2 million aggregate Export Restrictions -All materials shall be handled domestically or in developed countries Certificate of Recycling -Stating where and how materials are processed Tracking - The number and type of products that are recycled on a quarterly basis

Network Members Small businesses - hardware and lighting stores “Recycling” companies that collect and recycle lamps or ship to a recycler IKEA
