Strategy 1: Create name recognition for the CCCAS, more specifically the Student Advisory Board, by using different outlets for communication. Tactics: -Create T-shirts for SAB -Signs, Posters, Booths in D-Hall -Facebook group -Recognition in The Rotunda -Flyers/Pamphlets

Strategy 2: Encourage target audience to get involved with organization by advertising specific interests to students. Tactics: -Become a part of a fundraiser or community service program on campus - Open forums to discuss and understand how the students want to utilize SAB. One way to ensure involvement is to have teachers make student attendance an extra credit opportunity.

Strategy 3: It is important for the Student Advisory Board to represent the students by fulfilling their needs through the means of student interaction within the board. Tactics: -Each major within CCCAS should have one representative on the board who is knowledgeable about their specific study in order to help each individual student -Calls for a closer community and embraces each students’ specific needs according to concentration

Strategy 4: Make sure that each student feels welcomed and supported by embracing diversity. Tactics: -Hire a diverse crew on the board -Create events for students, faculty, and staff within CCCAS that celebrate all holidays and allow for students with common interests to interact outside of the classroom -Enable and promote the option of studying abroad to a wide range of countries

Strategy 5: Success will be achieved once the organization sets up a strong set of future goals to accomplish that are relevant and beneficial to the students. Tactics: -Set a goal to have a specific number of students involved with the board and reach it by following through with strategies and tactics previously stated -Create an online website -Create a calendar of expected dates of events and involvement on campus -Create print surveys to be distributed to students in classrooms, cafeteria, etc. questioning their awareness of the board to keep up with progress

To measure awareness: - Send out opinion surveys to students within the CCCAS to get their feedback - Record the numbers of students participating in SAB events over the next four semesters to see if it increases Recommended Assessment
