6.  Your team of archaeologists have just discovered the ancient site of Jadetopolis and recovered an artifact.  Your team must carefully sift through the dirt to not destroy the precious artifact.  Along with your team, reconstruct the pieces of the ancient artifact

7.  Get into your groups: Assign every person a role (Writer, Sifter, Brusher, Compiler)  With your group go to any station on the ground  Carefully open the plastic bag and pour the contents of the bag in the sifting tray  Use the paint brushes to carefully remove the dirt from the pieces  See if you can put the pieces back together to its original form  After cleaning up and putting the contents back into the plastic bag, get into your groups and answer the follow up questions

8.  Writer – Writes the answers for the group  Sifter – Pours the bag of dirt into the sifting tray and assists with finding the pieces  Brusher – Uses the brush to clean the pieces off  Compiler – Along with the writer helps put the artifact together
