Continuous Flow & Accurate Measurement Oil types fluoresce differently directly affecting measurement. The EX100/1000 can store 1000’s of different oil type characteristics for measurement, the optics are designed to be tolerant to various oil types. The EX100 & Ex1000 are designed to be flow and pressure tolerant, the large pipe-work is not susceptible to slug clogging and the measurement chamber is automatically cleaned ultrasonically. Easy Installation The EX100 and EX1000 has been designed for ease of installation. The unit is delivered complete ; mounted on a stand (316l stainless) fitted with a flow valve and ready to go, take the unit out of the delivery carton, wire the mains power, plumb the water and turn on. The Ex100/1000 are EX d rated and do not require purged air.

Spectrum Analyser The EX1000 has an in-built full scan optical spectrum analyser. An optical spectrum scan can be scheduled, set to trigger at a specific PPM level or initiated manually. The information provided can be analysed to detect additives and oil type variation in the process water. The EX1000 has an in-built full scan optical spectrum analyser. Data Logs The EX100 & 1000 captures and stores all measurement every second, they are stored daily as Microsoft Excel files. The EX100/1000 can store greater than 10years of logs. Communications, these two interfaces Ethernet has a range of 100m, ADSL (2 Wire Ethernet) has a range of 1Km, these two interfaces provide total access to the EX100 or EX1000. A 4-20mA provides PPM level integration to existing systems.
