Logins: Different level of logins are available as per designation in committee. Every communication regarding login ids and passwords is done on the registered e-mail id even in the case of lost password. No more telephonic approach.

Administrator Holds almost all the rights and privileges in the application generally District Magistrate (login generally used by PA to DM). New, Changed and Cancellation details of meeting can be posted using this login only (the attempt will result in automatic generation of SMS and e-Mail.

Can monitor as well as assign tasks to all the members of all the committees. Agenda and MoM are available on a click. (If uploaded by Member Secretary)

Member Secretary Responsible for uploading Agenda and MoM of the concerned committee. User Id creations and there mapping to the committee. Assigning of tasks to the members of the same committee. Monitoring of the tasks assigned.

Member Can download agenda and MoM for the concerned committee meetings. Update the status of the task assigned to him/ her.
