16 Phase 1 - Section 4... Delivery – Only on authorised Company Training Weekend – May be combined with Section 2 weekend – Assessed by HQ Accredited Staff Outcome – PASS Authorised to instruct cadets unsupervised Training Record Sign-Off Westminster Entry FAIL Re-Assessment on next assessment course

17 Phase 1 - Section 4 This Assessment weekend must also be attended and passed by all staff every 5 years as their refresher. PASS – Authority to conduct cadet Fieldcraft Training FAIL – Can NOT conduct unsupervised cadet Fieldcraft training

18 Section 4 Assessment More Regimented – Field Inspection – Fieldcraft Test Paper – Bivouac, 24 hr Rations, Personal Hygiene – Stalk / Camouflage – Patrol Lane & Observation – FCO, TI, Observation & JD – Patrol Harbour, Duties of a Sentry & Range Cards – Night Movement & Observation at Night – Lesson Delivery

19 Phase 2 Attend the National Train the Trainer Course – 1 Week Course – 3 Modules Fieldcraft – 2 day module – 1 day Learn phase – 1 day Assessment phase Military Map Reading – Practical elements – Teaching element Physical Training – Learn phase – Assessment phase
