13.  The POC was done on NW Gateway v7.3 and implementation was done on v7.4. The steps to create services in v7.4 are a lot different from v7.3.  Security roles sometimes give false positives for Security transactions but in fact only Gateway objects are needed and they are not tracked in SU53.  Transporting the service can be complicated depending upon the type of service.
