Training Objectives By the end of this training you should be able to: Define personal accountability Identify the 5 keys areas of taking responsibility Explain the DRIVER principle and its components Outline the consequences (negative and positive) of personal accountability Describe the three steps that can be taken to improve accountability Distinguish between personal and organizational accountability

Personal Accountability Defined “You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.” -Jim Rohn Internal willingness Responsibility for solutions

Process: 1.) Form pairs and assign roles, “explainer” and “drawer”. 2.) Complete the activity as described by the facilitator. Time Requirement: 10 minutes Expected Deliverables and Outputs: A completed drawing that mirrors the image provided. Purpose: To explore the roles and the accountability associated with those roles in a group setting. Activity: Abstract Art
