6 Our Operation Insurance: third party liability insurance for all activities including transportation. Guest Satisfaction records: 92% Guest satisfaction score in average between 1992 and 2012. Recruitment standards: Only adequately qualified multilingual staff are recruited. Quality Control : Daily, weekly and monthly check lists are logged, checked by our quality controller. yearly audits are conducted by concerned authorities Operational standards: The company has its own internal applicable operational standards. Safety measures: The company safety record is excellent and international measures are monitored. Staff training: Periodical certified staff training is conducted through Egyptian authorities and private courses. Financial (system) /audits: Accounts are kept according to AUSA, a financial soft ware is utilized to ensure accuracy and facilitate audit.
