Background S1 scanner launched in New Zealand April ’05 Over 10,000 scans have been completed since launch: – initial / 1,900 subsequent ADPs from initial scans: 1,000 or 10% ADP orders processed + 22% in 6 months since launch, mainly due to S1 ADPs now represent 38% of New Zealand sales GSV growth amongst scanner operators Currently 14 S1 scanners in New Zealand S2 was launched in September 06

Scanner Plan ’06 & Beyond Phase out S1s on a long term basis – will not replace Target to have 120 S2s in Australia/NZ by June 30 ’07 – currently 11 in use S2s will be allocated to S1 and new users based on achieving qualification criteria – S1s will be re- allocated. S1 and S2 repositioned as non-medical devices
