Anti-Government Demonstrations throughout AMBERLAND protesting lack of jobs, food, medical supplies, high cost of living Five NGO sponsored IDP camps established AMBERLAND. Located at Selma, Goldsboro, Greenville 1, Greenville 2, and Atlantic Field, AMBERLAND June 2014 Ji’ Stern Militia (JM) in Western AMBER involved in supporting PHARM rearm-refit effort Fishing vessels boarded and robbed along AMBERLAND coastline 25 Jun – Sanitation workers in AMBERLAND go on strike over unsafe conditions, violence against them and sporadic pay Medical supplies hijacked en route to hospitals throughout AMBERLAND by criminal organizations Criminal organizations begin hijacking fuel trucks 27 Jun – Small arms seized by government forces in a Jacksonville warehouse

July 2014 05 Jul – EASTCOM submits RFF to CJCS for Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) capability in AMBERLAND PHARM sponsored riots throughout AMBERLAND. Government Forces fail to adequately provide security to civilians or government property 12 Jul – PHARM rhetoric calls for seizing AMBERLAND’s petroleum infrastructure. PHARM begins establishing its own distribution networks 14 Jul – Bomb explosion outside government communications facility in Jacksonville, AMBERLAND; no injuries but PHARM takes credit for the bombing 15 Jul – Dutch oil tanker seized by pirates with known ties to PHARM and local black market. Pirates abandoned ship after 24 hours after killing two crew members. AMBERLAND government is unable to mount a response to the ship seizure NECC issues deployment order to EODGRU TWO as NEF HQ in support of CFMCC TSC Operations in AMBERLAND

September 2014 16 Sep – UNSCR 1710 Issued 16 Sep – Situational Update Piracy has increased on the coast of AMBERLAND since July 2014 Pirate activity has also begun to target fishing vessels in order to obtain valuable Blue Fin Tuna catches Decrease of tuna fisherman, economic impact Widespread protests continue, dissatisfaction with gov’t continues Remained peaceful, larger demonstrations having 80 to 100 people Mainly located in Jacksonville, also PHARM sponsored in Kinston and Richlands Increasing outside capital and rural areas Focused on gov’t inabilities to stem increasing food shortages, medical supplies, and the rising cost of living Since late August an increase in spread of anti-US/western propaganda has been noted on social media sites No direct threats towards any AMCITS or EUROCITS Green Acres IDP camp established, expected to open November 2014
