3 Aim of the project is the construction of a 4-star hotel “Dolgaya resort & spa”, which will conform with all modern requirements, with conference hall and spa. The hotel will be located on the territory of the former recreation facility “Mechta”, belonging to LLC “Stak”, on the first coastline of the Azov sea. Village Dolzhanskaya, Yeysk district. Characteristics of the complex: Modern building. 80% of the rooms have all-round view to the sea. A big heated swimming-pool. Multifunctional hall for 300 seats. A large spa-center. 5 Location Village Dolganskaya – resort on the coast of the Azov sea, Yeysk district, Krasnodar area. It is situated at a distance of forty kilometers from Yeysk. Dolzhanskaya is notable for the unique climate, natural environment, warm Azov sea, healing mud and mineral springs. Lakes with healing mud, which curative properties are highly competitive with the Dead Sea salt and mud of the Khan lake, are situated at a distance of 2 kilometers from the place of the supposed construction of the hotel complex. During several years Russian and European windsurfing and skysurfing championships take place in Dolzhanskaya. Airport and railway station are located at a distance of 40 km. from Dolzhanskaya station. Principal city of SFD and the largest city of the south of Russia – Rostov-on-Don is situated in 2,5 hours of driving from Dolzhanskaya station.

9 General data of the main building The structure consists of the following buildings:  Entrance hall with entrance lobby and reception  Two three-storey and one two-storey residential buildings  Restaurant with the multifunctional hall for 300 persons and summer area  Spa-center Residential buildings include 98 two-storey rooms, restaurant complex is meant for 300 guests. Swimming pool and rest site are located in the inner yard. On the roof of one of the buildings there is the bar with all-round window. Technical and economic data:  Area of building: 4859,11 sq.m.  Construction volume: 29154,6 cub.m.  Total area: 7175 sq.m.  Floor area of rooms: 2316,9 sq.m.  Floor area of restaurant complex: 1224 sq.m.  Floor are of spa-center 671,7 sq.m.

11 General data of the territory 10 two-storey cottages with 4 rooms in each one will be situated in park zone of the complex. Their total floor area is 1400 sq.m. Construction of sewage facilities, boiler-room, administrative complex and hostel for personnel is stipulated on the territory.
