About the project  Investment, development, building and financial companies are invited to invited to acquire corporate rights to incompleted construction project, located in the central part of Dnepropetrovsk, at 5 Naberezhnaya Lenina str., Kirovskiy district.  Main features of the object:  The area is 6,376 ha.  Facade - 475 m.  The plot depth – from 45 to 210 m.  The plot borders straight to the water area of Dnepr River. The length of coastline is 590m.  Intense traffic flow, good transportation accessibility.  All engineering services are nearby.  Legal status of the plot – long-term lease for 49 years. An incomplete real estate object with a total area of 40 809 square metres has been purchased and we have undertakings to complete the construction of the complex by 16.08.2010.  The company has developed and defended a draft design of development at the town planning board. The project provides for building of: -a hotel for 280 standard rooms and 61 luxury suites; -an office center, the rentable area of which is 31300 sq m; -an apartment building, the total area of which is 30625 sq m; -a commercial entertainment complex, the area of which is 16000 sq m; - a restaurant with club rooms, the total area of which is 800 sq m; - a yacht club, the area of which is 506 sq m; - an outdoor platform; - an underground car park for 1031 vehicles.
