1 THE FACTORS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVNESS OF THE ENTERPRISE AT INTERNATIONAL MARKET The core idea of this work is to describe different approaches for measurement of enterprise attractiveness for investors and stresses the impact of world changes on these models.

2  Foreign direct investment (FDI) is one of the most effective ways by which transition economies become integrated to the global economy as FDI provides not only capital but also technology and management know-how necessary for restructuring firms in the host economies.

3 Possible positive results of FDI  increasing of the net productivity  profit generating  improving of trans-regional balance In reality: FDI inflows to the transitional region declined by 43% as the economic and financial crisis reduced foreign investors´ confidence in the strength of the region´s economies, and investment plans were scaled down or postponed.
