R&D Measures in Slovenia In last five years established several Centres of Excellence and the Competence Centres of Slovenia: Centres of Excellence is a measure which supports the concentration of resources on technology areas that are crucial to the competitiveness of the economy. It contributes to the efficient flow of knowledge and applications into products and services.
