Turkish loan words in Hungarian language ☺Hugarian language has hundreds of Turkish loan words, which show close connection to the Turkish nation. ☺We have some written resoursed about this period, but there are a lot of words that belong to the Hungarian basic vocabulary and similar to the Turkish words. ☺We have 250 from Settlement of Hungarian tribes in Hungary in this period, and there are more than 8 words which have the same meaning. ☺It means the Hungarian and Turkish languages have close connection. Ödön Széchenyi ☺Count Ödön Széchenyi was born in Pozsony december 14, in 1839 and died in Constantinopole, March 24, in 1922. ☺He was the first Hungarian person who esteblished the first firestation in Hungary and later in Turkey. ☺The Turkish sultans rewarded him with the noble titles. ☺He was the first christian who got Pasha title. ☺His work is exhibited in Istanbul and in Budapest as well.
