EUROTHERM CONTROLS EUROTHERM TEMPERATURE CONTROL MEANS: PRECISION-Controlling the temperature value, response, and profile the application requires. INDUSTRIAL-Non domestic, non consumer, non office, but includes machinery, process, utilities etc. CONTROL-Means the primary Controlled Variable, temperature or process.

EUROTHERM CONTROLS ALGORITHMS AND CONTROL FUNCTIONS lOne Shot Self Tune on all Models (even DIN32). lCutback on all Models-Automatically calculated in Autotune. lSpecialised cooling algorithms for water, oil etc. lAdaptive tune standard on 2400 series. lPower Feedback available as standard on 2200 & 2400 series- continuous monitoring of supply and adjusting of the output. Eliminates having to use the integral term to bring the PV back to SP after the event.

Short Case-103mm Depth. l Standard IP65 Sealing with integral panel seal. l DIN Sleeve mounting across the entire range (even DIN32). l IP20 Terminal protection internally and externally. l Common Front panel styling. l Welded rubber keypad. l Fine Ratchet DIN retention clip allowing wide panel thickness.

Also allows simple isolation. lEach input can have primary and secondary variables- Allows I/O to be self diagnostic eg S/C and O/C

EUROTHERM CONTROLS ALARMS lAlarm Combination possible- Allows combination (OR) of alarm conditions onto one output. Software alarms still exist separately. lBlocking Alarms- especially on start. lRate of change alarm on 2400 series. lEvent Outputs with no flashing displays. lPDSIO- detects S/C and O/S in auxiliary equipment with necessary functionality.
