Impact of VET eligibility criteria and greater availability of higher education places on decisions of prospective students and therefore on overall demand for VET places Downward price and upward cost pressures (including unfunded components of the MBA) on program profitability – particularly for diplomas and advanced diplomas Shift of commercial business to government supported places which may affect level of commercial revenue gained Requirement to fund backlog infrastructure maintenance, building refurbishments and ICT systems upgrades Significant efficiency improvements required to mitigate these factors
