Class C: Oxidizing Material
Class D: Poisonous & Infectious Material

4. HAZARD CLASSES Class E: Corrosive Material
Class F: Dangerously Reactive Material

5. SUPPLIER LABELS Seven items of information must
be included on supplier label:
Product identifier
Hazard Symbols
Risk Phrase
Precautionary Statements
First Aid Measures
Supplier Identification
Reference to MSDS

7. WORKPLACE LABELS Required on containers for each
controlled product on site,
including secondary containers.
Provide 3 types of information:
Product Identifier
Safe Handling and personal protective clothing and equipment.
Reference to MSDs

Workplace labels must be adhered to secondary vessels and include product identification, safe handling instructions and reference to MSDS
Solutions that are made and not used immediately should be labeled with safe working instructions and product identification

provides specific hazard information, safe handling information, and emergency procedures for a controlled product.
