© 2004 BroadVoice - Proprietary & Confidential BroadVoice is a privately funded Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) that distributes its service through its own retail brand, agent channels, affinity partnerships and wholesale opportunities. We serve the consumer and business market BroadVoice operates on a “bring your own broadband” model similar to companies like Vonage, AT&T Call Vantage, Lingo and Packet 8 BroadVoice launched its retail service in April, 2004 and today we offer IP telephone service globally with subscribers in 45 countries and all 50 states. We offer a choice of phone numbers in 35 states and 1,500 US cities and towns and 41 cities in the UK. We are growing at a rate of 3,000 lines per month in our 7 th full month of operation. In August, BroadVoice launched a private label test offering with a major US RBOC. That RBOC has recently signed to roll out in all of its service States. Who is BroadVoice
