3. Educational requirements A bachelors degree or higher is usually need for this job. You need to go to collage for 4 to 5 years to get a bachelors degree. Theatre and music schools have play writes or song writing classes. You also need to take English language arts courses. Juilliard school of music, drama, dance has song writing and play write classes. English language arts is very important almost any collages will offer English language arts classes.

4. Salary ranges The amount of money you make depends on what type of writer you are. A magazine editor can make between $22,000 and $71,000. An advanced editor can make between $35,800 and $131,000.

5. Questions you can answer What collage you went to. If you can speak another language. Any special skills you can do. How long you have been doing the job your applying for. How old you are (if there looking for a certain age)

6. Questions you can ask What is the pay for the job? How many days a week would you be working? How long would you be working for? Do you get health insurance? Do you get off on holidays?

7. Job ad/ working hours A author that is writing a book for pleasure works for themselves. This means they work for as long as they want to work. They also may work on the weekends.

8. Tasks, skills, responsibilities Tasks are to write a book, get the book published, and get it in the book stores to be sold. Skills are they need to be good at the langue there writing it in, Good at making up stories, have a lot of information on the subject there writing about. Responsibilities are to finish the book on time, get the book known by people, and get some one to advertise it.

9. Work environment The work environment is very quiet and calm. People aren't being load and running around in the office or where ever there working. You may work alone or with another person who is helping you write the book or article. Most of the time you would be indoors.

10. Resume In elementary school I was in student council. I also was in art club. In middle school I have done soccer intramurals and I did cheerleading. I have volunteered and best friends animal sanctuary

12. What did I learn? I learned that as a writer you have a lot of responsibilities. Even know you may be working at home it doesn’t mean it will make your work easier. If you work hard you can make your books very successful. I still think I would like to be this job because I’m very good at writing and I think its something I would enjoy.
