STAFF REQUIREMENTS CMS requirements-Registered Nurse for 8 hours a day. Levels of care providers – Registered Nurse (RN) – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN)
